Control WiFi connection

I did a search for this answer and was shocked that it hadn't been asked before. I'd like to use eventGhost to dissconnect from one wifi network and connect to another. Is this possible? if not, is there any other program I can use to do this?

Search bar doesn't find what I need.

I typed "VLC" into the search barew of this site and it came up with no matches. Obviously there is a VLC related thread, so I figured I should report this problem.

I am a total noob and was wondering if there is a way to capture events from VLC. For instance, I would like event ghost to recognize when I hit pause or skip or when the song changes. is this possible?
